Caldwell Overview
Caldwell residents have a curbside recycling option! Residents subscribing to the service ($6.95 per month, $5.95 per month for senior citizens) must have a trash account with the City of Caldwell. Participating customers will be given a blue cart that will be emptied the same day as their trash, every other week. Newspaper, magazines, tin cans, aluminum cans, cardboard, plastic and mixed-waste paper can be mixed together in the cart. Allied Waste will be delivering recycling instructions a collection calendar with each cart. Trucks powered by clean-burning compressed natural gas (CNG) will be servicing the blue carts.
The City of Caldwell and Republic Services are committed environmental responsibility and sustainability. The City is happy for the addition of this program as many citizens have asked for curbside recycling options over the past few years.
